Fred is a Fellow of the Certified Chartered Accountants of the UK(ACCA-UK) and is a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. He holds a Masters’ Degree in Economic Policy Management and bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations (Accounting Option-First Class Honors).  

Fred has over 20 years’ experience in Audit & Assurance, Governance, Finance, Leadership, Taxation, Business development and Management acquired while working with Entities of the Government of Uganda as well as regional bodies. Fred is a public finance Expert with current interests in Audit and Assurance, Project Finance, Governance & Firm Growth/Business development.
